Condiciones Generales ParticularesMalaga Car Hire, S.L. Málaga1) De una parte Málaga Car Hire, S.L., con CIF- B-92406149, (en adelante Malaga Car Hire ) y de otra, el usuario/cliente que reserva un alquiler de coche a traves de la web de Viajes andalucia2.com, (en adelante andalucia2.com). 2) El usuario/cliente asegura que ha leido, comprende y acepta las Condiciones Generales Particulares de Malaga Car Hire que a continuación se establecen, además de las Condiciones Generales de andalucia2.com, las páginas de reservas y las acepta en su totalidad. Por las Condiciones y sus cláusulas descritas en el párrafo anterior se regirán las reservas. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna de las cláusulas de las Condiciones Generales ó de las siguientes Condiciones Generales Particulares, no debe usar este servicio. 3) La forma de pago en las reservas instantáneas on-line es 15% al hacer la reserva, y el restante 85% a la entrega del coche. 4) Muy importante, si Vd. hace la reserva con menos de 24 horas de antelación, avísenos por teléfono cuanto antes - haciendo constar que ha reservado a última hora por Internet en la web de andalucia2.com y presente en el Establecimiento copia impresa del pago TPV Virtual - (+34) 619 451 265 para poder confirmar su reserva 5) NUESTROS PRECIOS INCLUYEN: - Kilometraje ilimitado - Servicios de entrega y recogida en el aeropuerto de Malaga (9:00 a 21:00). - Seguro todo riesgo con franquicia. - Seguros de daños personales. - Tasas de aeropuerto. - Tasas. - Baca (solicitándola en el momento de la reserva) - Mapa. - 24 Horas de servicio en carretera. NUESTROS PRECIOS NO INCLUYEN: - Ruedas: Pinchazos, accidentes, reventones etc.. - Pérdida o daño de las llaves. - Repostaje de combustible inadecuado. - Daños por conducción temeraria o imprudente. - La entrega nocturna de vehículos, desde las 21:00 a las 9:00 cobramos un suplemento de 20 Euros. - Le llevamos su coche a: Málaga (Ciudad), Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona, Gibraltar, Ronda, Nerja, Torrox, Almuñecar, Salobreña. Granada y Sevilla Este servicio tiene un cargo extra que dependen del lugar. - Las sillitas para niños llevan un recargo de 2 € por dia, por un máximo de 20 € por alquiler. - Combustible: Carga entre 30 € y 60€ dependiendo del modelo si es devuelto vacío o con un combustible no apropiado. - Negligencia: Rotura de lunas, quemaduras de cigarrillos, roturas de tapicería. - Pagos de parking, autopistas etc... RECOGIDA DE VEHÍCULOS: - Cuando usted llegue al aeropuerto de Malaga, vea croquis le estaremos esperando con un cartel en el salón de llegada (no baje las escaleras) - Número de emergencia 619 45 12 65 LLEGADA AL AEROPUERTO de Malaga Cuando haga su reserva, indíquenos el numero de vuelo y la hora prevista de llegada al aeropuerto y un miembro de nuestra empresa le estará esperando en la salida del aeropuerto de Malaga con un cartel con su nombre. Le llevaremos al emplazamiento del vehículo en el parking del aeropuerto (aparcado a un minuto a pié del lugar) y completaremos la documentación en ese mismo momento. REGRESO AL AEROPUERTO de Malaga A la hora de dejar el vehículo, un miembro de nuestra empresa le esperará en el aeropuerto y le ayudará con su equipaje. EDAD Y PERMISO: - Se exige una edad mínima de 22 años con al menos un año con permiso de conducir. PERIODO DE ALQUILER: - Los precios son por semana. Si necesita días adicionales, el precio por dia extra será de una séptima parte de la tarifa semanal para semanas consecutivas. Si necesita el vehículo para menos de una semana, la tarifa será de una quinta parte del precio semanal. IDENTIFICACIÓN: - Nif, pasaporte y carné de conducir. - Billetes de avión (si viene del extranjero) - Imprescindible tarjeta de crédito. INFORMENOS: Al rellenar el formulario de registro de la reserva en el apartado sugerencias/observaciones, de su Movil, NIF/Pasaporte, Lugar pasaporte, Nacionalidad, Fecha y lugar nacimiento, Nº Permiso conducir, Lugar y fecha permiso, Tipo de coche, Modelo, Adultos, Niños, Aire Acondicionado, Baca Extras, Asiento de niños, 2º Asiento niño, Dirección de vacaciones, Cojín infantil, Nº de vuelo, Hora de llegada, Fecha de llegada, Hora de salida, Fecha de salida. EN CASO DE ACCIDENTE: - 1. Rellene el formulario que encontrará con la documentación del vehículo. - 2. Llame a las autoridades. - 3. Pónganos en conocimiento de lo ocurrido en un plazo de 24 horas 6) Lo convenido en el presente documento quedará sin eficacia en casos de fuerza mayor, como huelgas, guerras, catástrofes, epidemias, u otros análogos, y el usuario renuncia a reclamar cantidad en estos supuestos a Malaga Car Hire, S.L. o a andalucia2.com. 7) Malaga Car Hire, S.L. y el Usuario renuncian a su propio fuero, aceptan como legislación aplicable al funcionamiento de este servicio, la española y se someten para la resolución de cuantos litigios y divergencias se deriven de la interpretación o aplicación de estas Condiciones Generales, a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Málaga. Málaga1) Special General Conditions and Term of use of Malaga Car Hire, S.L. 2) The User understands and accepts in their entirety the General Conditions of andalucia2.com, the special Conditions of Malaga Car Hire, S.L., that are set out below. Mere use of the website implies total acceptance by the User who agrees that the General Conditions and special Conditions of Malaga Car Hire, S.L. have been read and expressly accepted. These Special General Conditions determine the rights and obligations of Malaga Car Hire, S.L. and the User to reserve a car hire. NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES: - Wheels: Damages to the wheels (Punctures, blow-out, accidents, etc...) - Lost or damaged car key. - Inadequate refuelling. - Damaged due to negligent driving. - The collection of the car at night between 21:00 and 9:00 will have an extra charge of 20 Euros. - We can also deliver your car to: Malaga (City), Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona, Gibraltar, Ronda, Nerja, Torrox, Almuñecar, Salobreña. Granada and Sevilla This service will have an extra charge according to the place. - Baby Seat are avaiable with a supplement of 2 € per day, with a maximun of 20 € per rentig. - Petrol: Value of fuel between 30 € and 60€ depending on the model supplied. VEHICLE COLLECTIONS: - At your arrival, we´ll be wating for you, see map With a sign, with you name at the arrivals hall (do not go down stairs) - Emergency number 619 45 12 65 MALAGA AIRPORT COLLECTION When making your reservation, just indicate your flight number and arrival time and a member of our staff will meet you at the exit point of Malaga Airport displaying a board with your name. We will take your luggage to the car (parked at a 1 minute walk) and will complete all the paper work on that moment. MALAGA AIRPORT RETURN Just drive your car to departures, and a member of our staff will be waiting for you, and will help you with your luggage. AGE AND LICENCES: - Minimun age 22, licence been. Held for a minimun of 1 year. PERIOD OF HIRE: - Rates are quoted per week. If additional days are required, they are available at 1/7th of the weekly rate. For bookings of less than a week, the daily rate is 1/5th of the weekly rate. IDENTIFICATION: - Passport, original of driving licence. - Fly tickets and credit card (very important). ACCIDENTS: - 1. Fill in the form (there is an accident report form with the car documents) - 2. Call to the Police. - 3. Report the accident within 24 hours to Malaga Car Hire. 6) If, as a result of forces beyond our control (floods, fires, war, earthquakes or any disaster, natural or otherwise, total or partial strikes of transport or provision, governmental or legal restrictions, changes in the law) the contracted service cannot be partially or wholly provided, the User accepts that no claim of any kind can be made against Malaga Car Hire, S.L. or andalucia2.com. 7) Malaga Car Hire, S.L. and the User renounce their external legal codes and accept Spanish law as applicable to the functioning of this service submitting, for the resolution of any litigation or divergence derived from the interpretation or application of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
