Special General ConditionsHotel San Gil Sevilla1) Special General Conditions and Term of use between Hotel San Gil and the User. 2) The User understands and accepts in their entirety the General Conditions of andalucia2.com, the special Conditions of the Hotel San Gil, that are set out below. Mere use of the website implies total acceptance by the User who agrees that the General Conditions and special Conditions of the Provider have been read and expressly accepted. These Special General Conditions determine the rights and obligations of Hotel San Gil and the User to reserve accommodation. If you do not agree with any of the General Conditions set out below, you may not use this service. 3) The form of payment for instant reservations is 15% at the time of making the reservation and one night will be requested by the hotel when the reservation is confirmed. The remaining will be payable on arrival at the hotel. ( In the April Fair "Feria de Abril", Easter week, the Hotel will ask for 100% in advance ). When you make a reservation you receive an automatic message called: "Orden de Pedido" reservation request normaly valid, except in some cases. So to be shure your reservation is made you have to wait until you receive a confirmation E-mail from andalucia2.com and or from the Hotel. If the reservation was not accepted you will receive your 15% paid money back. In the pre-reservation system, the Hotel will ask for your credit card details without deposit. 4) Very important, You can't book after 3 days before the arrival day. 5) Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the arrival date or "no show", Hotel will charge one night. In the April Fair "Feria de Abril", Easter week, the Hotel will ask for 100% in advance.
