Mere use of the website implies total acceptance by the User who agrees that the General Conditions and special Conditions of the Provider have been read and expressly accepted. These Special General Conditions determine the rights and obligations of the Hotel Don Carlos and the User to reserve accommodation. If you do not agree with any of the General Conditions set out below, you may not use this service. 3) The form of payment for instant reservations is 15% at the time of making the reservation and the remaining 85% will be payable on arrival at the hotel. When you make a reservation you receive an automatic message called: "Orden de Pedido" reservation request normaly valid, except in some cases. So to be shure your reservation is made you have to wait until you receive a confirmation E-mail from andalucia2.com and or from the Hotel. If the reservation was not accepted you will receive your 15% paid money back.
