If the reservation was not accepted you will receive your 15% paid money back. In the pre-reservation system, the Hotel will ask for your credit card details without deposit. 4) Very important, You can't book after 3 days before the arrival day. 5) Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the arrival date, Hotel will charge one night. 6) The Hotel will request your credit card number as guaranty and to cover your extra expenses. 7) Check-in time is from 12.00 hours (12 am) onwards and check-out is at 12.00 noon. 8) We are sorry but pets are not admitted in Apart-Hotel Aleysa Playa. 9) There is a complaint book at your disposal. 10) The apartments are of 1 and 2 Bedroom. Our Prices are inclusive of: - Buffet breakfast. - Dayly towls clean up. - Every 2 days sheets clean up . - Fully equipped kitchen. 11) If, as a result of forces beyond our control (floods, fires, war, earthquakes or any disaster, natural or otherwise, total or partial strikes of transport or provision, governmental or legal restrictions, changes in the law) the contracted service cannot be partially or wholly provided, the User accepts that no claim of any kind can be made against Apart-Hotel Aleysa Playa or andalucia2.com. 12) Apart-Hotel Aleysa Playa and the User renounce their external legal codes and accept Spanish law as applicable to the functioning of this service submitting, for the resolution of any litigation or divergence derived from the interpretation or application of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
