When you make a reservation you receive an automatic message called: "Orden de Pedido" reservation request normaly valid, except in some cases. So to be shure your reservation is made you have to wait until you receive a confirmation E-mail from andalucia2.com and or from the Hotel. If the reservation was not accepted you will receive your 15% paid money back. In the pre-reservation system, the Hotel will ask for your credit card details without deposit. 4) Very important, You can't book after 3 days before the arrival day. Pay atention please, two (2) nights minimum stay, except Holiday weekends that could be 2, 3, or four nights, according to the Holiday weekend, a (minimum stay of 7 nights) is required during Holly week, Christmas (20/12 - 07/01), July, August and September. 5) Cancellations made later than seven days before the arrival date, Hotel will charge 50% of the stay. 6) The Hotel will request your credit card number as guaranty and to cover your extra expenses. 7) Check-in time is from 14.00 hours (2 pm) onwards and check-out is at 12.00 noon. 8) We are sorry but we do not admit any kind of pets in Alojamientos Rurales Benarum. If you do not agree with this clause, you may not book on our Establishment. 9) Our room are fully equipped except towels, so you have to bring them. Cleanning service is not included in the price, if you want dayly cleaning will be charge extra. 10) Our rural houses are of good cality well conservated and clean. We must hereby advise you that the establishments are legally entitled to refuse entry to any individual whose inclusion in the arrangement was not declared at the time of making the reservation, by whatever means, and no refund may be requested in such cases. Extra beds is not included in the price. 11) We do not offer meals but in the town there is a lot of businesses that do so. 12) There is a complaint book at your disposal. 13) The houses are for 2 or 4 persons (and a maximum of 1 additional person in each one respectively).
