If the reservation was not accepted you will receive your 15% paid money back. 10) If, as a result of forces beyond our control (floods, fires, war, earthquakes or any disaster, natural or otherwise, total or partial strikes of transport or provision, governmental or legal restrictions, changes in the law) the contracted service cannot be partially or wholly provided, the User accepts that no claim of any kind can be made against Hotel los Cantaros or andalucia2.com. 11) Hotel los Cantaros and the User renounce their external legal codes and accept Spanish law as applicable to the functioning of this service submitting, for the resolution of any litigation or divergence derived from the interpretation or application of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
